I am a Yoga teacher, Reiki healer, Indian Champissage Massage Therapist, Retreat host and Pickle Producer based in London yet currently on Sabbatical in Africa.​

Teaching Yoga classes at studios, gyms, homes and corporate events as well as travelling to UK festivals, retreats and teaching globally online video classes for 8+ years.

Dedicating curiosity to exploring the joy of movement, delving deeper into self discovery, understanding healing touch, teaching the importance of gut health and observing the power of energetic connection.
