Teaching Yoga classes at studios, gyms, homes, hotels, global retreats, corporate events, UK festivals, and online video classes for 10+ years.
Dedicating curiosity to exploring the joy of movement, delving deeper into self discovery, understanding healing touch, teaching the importance of gut health and observing the power of energetic connection.
