This probiotic fermented drink made with tea and ‘scoby’, short for a ‘symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts’ is full of antioxidants, anti fungals and helps your digestion and boosts your energy.


The Science : The bacteria and yeasts in the scoby convert the sugar into ethanol and acetic acid which creates the Kombucha’s distinctive sour tangy taste.


Inspired by Georgian lemonade this beverage is earthy, bit tangy, that aniseed twist and great as a mixer with liquour or by itself.
