Tomaytas

If you've never tried pickled tomatoes then you need to add them to your favourite sandwich ASAP! Great with eggs, on the side of rice dishes, as a snack with crackers and cheese, thrown into a pasta sauce - I've tried them with pretty much everything!
 
Ingredients  
Scallions, Garlic, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Tomatoes, Salt, Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Bayleaves, Thyme.
